Run by Michael Eavis (of Glastonbury Festival) for over ten years, and set in the grounds of Glastonbury Abbey, it has seen many memorable performances over the years.
This unique event has grown in stature over the years and is already a high spot in the musical calendar of the South West. It's a real occasion, with fireworks, lights, candelabra and picnics.
Saturday night will see Status Quo entertaining the crowds.
Saturday has Royal Philharmonic Orchestra returning with a performance of popular classics, reverting to the original concept of the Extravaganza.
Advance tickets are on sale from The Glastonbury Festival Office and Glastonbury Abbey Shop until to 4.00pm. Children under 6 are free. Children aged 6 - 16 get half price entry at £15. The normal price for tickets is £30.

A free park and ride service runs from Clarks Village car park in Street to the event. Gates open at 5.30pm
